La présente contribution examine les lieux de rencontre entre la chanson et le conte. Des structures énonciatives spécifiques donnent forme à la chanson ivoirienne et soutiennent, en effet, une proximité apparente avec le conte traditionnel oral. Cette adjonction se déploie principalement sous le prisme spécifique du métalangage, de la connotation axiologique et affective. Par le canal de l’isotopie et des figures de rhétorique, la chanson ivoirienne charrie des thèmes emblématiques du conte africain duquel émane une identité esthétique fondée sur une organisation rythmique singulière, le recours aux stéréotypes sociaux et aux images. Cette démarche énonciative permet une parfaite réactivité entre le chansonnier et le public.

Abstract:

This contribution examines the intersections between song and storytelling. Specific enunciative structures shape Ivorian song and, indeed, support an apparent proximity to traditional oral storytelling. This connection is primarily expressed through the specific prism of metalanguage, axiological, and affective connotations. Through isotopy and rhetorical figures, Ivorian song conveys emblematic themes of African storytelling, from which emanates an aesthetic identity based on a unique rhythmic organization, the use of social stereotypes, and images. This enunciative approach allows for seamless reactivity between the songwriter and the audience.
